  Allenton Management is a full service residential and commercial property management company that has been serving the Durham and Chapel Hill communities for over 50 years. Our staff has over 100 years of full time property management and servicing experience. We specialize in the management and leasing of single family homes, townhomes and condominiums, small commercial office buildings, strip centers and homeowner associations.

Our staff is very knowledgeable of day to day issues in the management field including leasing, tenant qualifying, maintenance scheduling and rent collections. Our property management accounting is powered by Yardi Systems software and we use Equifax for credit verification reports.

We have four staff members who are natives of the Durham/Chapel Hill area, which gives them valuable history of the area to better serve your property management needs.

Our leasing agents are members of the Durham Association of Realtors, the North Carolina Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and licensed by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission.

We are a member of the Durham Chamber of Commerce, an honorary member of the North Carolina Sheriff's Association and are a proud sponsor of the Durham Public Education Network.. Our employees are active in civic and church groups and contribute financial resources and are regular volunteers in the Durham Public Schools.
